Romain Villion [ Associated Membre ]

PhD candidate in political science under the supervision of Romain Pasquier (UMR Arènes), I am conducting my doctoral research within the National Association of Territorial Poles and Pays. In this context, my work focuses on multilevel coordination in territorial development, through the contractual instruments of the State, Regions, and Departments, as well as on the forms of integration of transition issues that these exemplify. In particular, I examine how Territorial Poles and inter-municipal cooperation bodies (EPCI) take ownership of these instruments to benefit their local development policies and how these instruments contribute to shaping those policies.
