I have been a senior lecturer at AgroParisTech since 1992 and have been affiliated with SADAPT since April 2026.

Trained as an engineer at AgroParisTech-ENSIA and having obtained a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Centrale-Supélec, I have conducted research for several years in the field of industrial management within agri-food companies, focusing on issues relating to flow management, industrial flexibility, traceability and site relocation.

I have also taught industrial and logistics management and developed a training programme in risk and crisis management within the agri-food sector. I currently teach production team management and quality management.

From 2013 to 2023, I served as a project officer at AgroParisTech to develop student entrepreneurship, which contributed to the creation of several start-ups in the institution’s fields of expertise supporting transitions, as well as the creation of new entrepreneurship courses for engineering students.
